Hello 2012! We've been busy making some changes, and giving the place a freshen up. We've a new king bed added to our all new family suite. It also suits a couple that wants to relax and unwind in the new sea view lounge. We'll add some photo's for you.....

The Boat House is a beautiful seafront Guest House situated in Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. The house offers the discerning visitor a warm inviting ambience with modern conveniences.
Paul and Sara have created a simple yet elegant interior that should appeal to the weariest of travellers. You immediately have a sense of quality in all the rooms, a quality which extends to the service that the owners provide. We want even a short stop-over to be a long term memory, for all the right reasons!
We are a smoke-free guest house and sorry, but we don't accept pets and we are unable to cater for hen and stag parties.
