The Rooms
Our rates include a home cooked breakfast, hot drinks tray, colour television, hair dryer, extra blankets, ample street parking and either en-suite or a private bath. We are family friendly and have cots, baby chairs and changing mats available. For keeping the kids entertained we have a DVD player for loan.  We can provide you with all the little extras should you require them such as an iron, wake-up calls, and toiletries. Just come and ask.

On the ground floor, The Boat House offers a spacious sitting room with colour television and stereo for guests’ use. We have a varied selection of reading material about the island.

A room suitable for disabled or mobility impaired guests exists on the ground floor.  With impressive sea views, this room has a spacious wet room style en-suite that can take wheelchairs. The bed here is a super king size and has memory foam mattress and sprung base - it's hard to leave!

On the first floor we have two beautifully appointed king size bedrooms, which can also be changed to twin beds. A family of three? Just ask for our campbed to help you save on costs.

**Please note that during the season between May and September we ask for a two night booking if a Saturday overnight stay is required. We hope you understand.**
