Check-in: After 2.30pm. 
Check-out: 10.30am promptly please!

(Please help us by being prompt, as it gives us the chance to get the Suites ready for our next guests)

 

Breakfast provided in-room

 

We provide choice of cereals, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, tea, coffee, sugar & juice. You have a kettle, toaster, microwave, proper fridge, sink, dishes, tea towels & washing up liquid provided.

 

Payment terms

 

Payment is expected on arrival.  We take cash, most cards (except AMEX) or cheque. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, we need 48 hours notice or full amount of first night is expected.  But we aren't monsters, if you have to cancel your plans, just try to let us know!

 

Pets

We don't allow pets.  Apologies.

Wheelchair Accessibility

 

Suite One is located on the ground floor of the property and has an en-suite wet room, suitable for wheelchair access. We have a ramp for the front door.

 

Smoking

 

The Boat House Super Suites is fully non-smoking.  We would respectfully ask that guest's smoking outside, do so away from the entrance as a courtesy to our other guests. Please leave the cig butts in the ashtrays provided.
